1. Under Part XI “SALE OF BY-PRODUCTS, SCRAP AND MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS”, on
page 80, point no.34 “sale of by-products (approval of rates) shall be substituted as
follows:
“34. Sale of by-products and scrap items (approval of rates) :
For all types of items being disposed including Machinery and irregular items
